A unique creamy excellence. For this paté we use exclusively our finest green Nocellara del Belice olives, hand-picked and finely worked to a velvety, creamy consistency. A delicate addition of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil enhances the natural fruitiness and freshness of the olives. Garlic and chilli give the recipe a delicate spicy Mediterranean note, without covering the characteristic taste of Nocellara del Belice.
